We are currently in need of an energetic, independent software product trainer for our healthcare software clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training in our training facilities, at customer sites, or via the Internet
- Analyze training needs, develop training objectives, and select appropriate instructional techniques and methodologies for the delivery of training
- Develop new product documentation and training materials and periodically update existing ones
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years+ experience in software training, healthcare experience highly desirable
- Experience with web-based training desired
- Working knowledge of technical writing for the development of course materials
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Consultant
Eyecom2 currently has an exciting
opportunity for a confident, assertive self-starter to sell our full-service
practice management software to providers in the ophthalmic industry. The
successful candidate must be an energetic self-motivator to help develop and
strengthen our local and national territory. This position will provide a vital
and direct link between Eyecom2 software products and the ophthalmic
industry. In this role, you will be communicating with eyecare professionals
and independent medical offices and provide insight on using Eyecom2
to manage and grow their practice.
This position will qualify calls, conduct on-line demonstrations, and close
sales. Must enjoy vigorous phone conversations that both excite and provide
real solutions to our prospective customers. Prospect leads are developed
through marketing, referrals or tradeshows. This position requires limited
travel. Base salary plus commission.
Qualifications:

2-4 years+ sales experience preferred.

Must demonstrate the ability to acquire, understand, and easily use technical
information and problem solving techniques.
