Our Sanctions Management solution monitors and reports license status changes, disciplinary actions, Medicare/Medicaid sanctions and exclusions from participation while maintaining quality and accuracy.

CredentialsOnLine reviews all provider files to identify items set to expire within 30 days. At that time we request verification and updates. All items are scanned to the providers electronic file.

Upon discovery or notification of the following actions taken against a practitioner, CredentialsOnLine alerts clients of:

  • Loss or limitation of license
  • State sanctions, restrictions and/or limitations in scope of practice, as defined by the state licensing agent
  • Medicare and Medicaid sanctions
