Initial Credentialing
CredentialsOnLine's process minimizes costs and decreases turnaround time for provider credentialing. In addition to ensuring compliance with NCQA, URAC, and the Joint Commission credentialing standards, our procedures dictate a high degree of timeliness, while reducing administrative costs and eliminating duplicative efforts.
CredentialsOnLine offers several different packages that can be customized to meet your specific needs. Our CVO receives information from all primary sources including state licensing boards, American Board of Medical Specialties, Federation of State Medical Boards, the American Medical Association, and the National Practitioner Data Bank.
Electronic applications are completed online by providers, or the provider may submit a paper credentialing application. Applications are reviewed for completeness, and the verification process is initiated using a variety of online primary sources and our comprehensive databases.

The CredentialsOnLine staff compiles proper primary documentation, reviews the existing documentation and data with emphasis on content, omissions and existing inconsistencies; performs online primary source verifications and obtains additional certificates or paperwork as needed. As a result, CredentialsOnLine's clients are provided with accurate, current and confidential electronic provider profiles. All related documents are scanned and the client receives a complete electrical profile with attachments. CredentialsOnLine exceeds traditional verification services through superior online communication to our clients. Our verification services provide 24-hour access to provider information using the Internet. COL clients have access to one click status reports and they receive ongoing updates on work in progress.
Re-Credentialing
Client organizations may send their own recredentialing forms or use COL services to prepopulate the recredentialing application. Once received, the applications are reviewed for completeness, and the verification process is initiated using a variety of online primary sources and our comprehensive databases.
